NASDAQ Leader Chooses Vox for Strategic Communications (2020-Present)
Frontdoor Inc represents around 70% of the US home warranty market. It has 2.3 million customers, 60,000 preferred contractors and a network of brands and offices nationally. We worked with almost all members of Frontdoor’s senior leadership team to understand and describe exactly what and why new technologies are being used in the company’s digital transformation journey. We did this in order to explain what this change will achieve for customers, partners, staff and investors. This was developed by Vox into a ‘North Star’ narrative. We were uniquely able to deep-dive into the specific technology stacks the business is rolling out across all of its operations at every level – and their consequences. We applied this understanding to customer experience discovery for millions of members; communications plans covering consumers, contractors, staff and overseas call agents – and the forward-looking leadership narratives used at conferences and on critical earnings calls.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (2018-2021)
We created Verizon Business’ first ever public podcast series. The topic was Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We imagined and developed the show – and then it into an enormously successful show with millions of listens through a written series for Yahoo Finance. Our short-form content produced 3.5-million-page impressions and half a million podcast downloads in under six weeks. One article on Yahoo Finance drew more readers than the entirety of Yahoo Finance’s content output that day.

Finding the Pain Points of C-Suite Executives (2014-2022)
Vox was for eight years the sole consultant supporting Verizon Enterprise Solutions’ global communications team beyond their primary content agency. Work began in 2012 in support of the APAC office headquartered in Australia, closely followed by an expansion of that work to the Verizon London HQ in support of all C-Suite marcomms and field sales communications outside of the United States. We concentrated on finding the pain-points of target business C-Suite executives to build highly sophisticated content campaigns offering Verizon’s solutions to these problems through rigorous MQL and SQL nurture strategies. Topics included Network Security Architecture, Network Security Threats, Edge Security Planning, 4th Industrial Revolution, IoT Agritech, IoT Logistics, Enterprise CX, CX in the Network, Banking & Finance Digital Transformation Threats, private 5G in manufacturing, and so on.

Foreign Direct Investment Campaigns for the UK Government (2014-2015)
Here follows the text from our case study at the time: “Research, research, research. We set out to discover where people with this kind of money and these sorts of businesses live digitally and on the social web; who they talk to, and how they share. We discovered databases, forums and the kind of technologies they use. Then we built a multi-channel marketing campaign to talk directly to them. Video was central to our work. We created a series of six videos of the judges talking about the award, including one with the British Ambassador to the UAE, Philip Parham, and another with internationally famous chef, Gary Rhodes. We developed and built a landing page to sit on the British Government’s gov.uk website, as well as built and hosted an entry form where we could capture and manage audience data. Then we built, bought, wrote, scheduled, geo-targeted, keyword fenced, executed – and repeatedly analysed – interlinked Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube and Facebook campaigns to launch our videos into the wild using bespoke feeds and those of the UK Government. Result? 5.3 million impressions. 26 entries, with an investment potential of £10 million from one entrant alone, despite our campaigns being cut short because of the United Kingdom elections.” Plus ça change.

Senior Leadership Podcast Series (2022-Present)
The term ‘podcast’ was coined by journalist Ben Hammersley in a 2004 article for The Guardian newspaper – a combination of Apple’s ‘iPod’ media player, and ‘broadcast’. Podcasts have since grown in popularity in businesses, a recognition of their ability to reach and engage with audiences old and new. Vox is mid-way through production of ECDC’s first Podcast Series – recording senior leadership and voices from the local area describing the ambition for the project.

Vox Corporation’s leadership established the first content, communications and web development agency to exist in the State of Qatar in 2009. We led government-to-citizen communication by devising multilingual content strategies, publishing national and global newspapers and magazines and forging the transition to completely new digital, web and social platforms – in two languages. We developed and executed a vast variety of educational engagement initiatives that fostered transparency, trust, and active citizen participation in governance.

When we first returned from the Gulf in 2015, we landed in Earl’s Court. It wasn’t long before we had met some of its residents who urged us to take on the production of its arts and culture magazine. Pro bono for several years, we have turned it into a serious read for 15,000 residents and businesses in the Hammersmith & Fulham and Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. From writing to design, we now have a hugely successful little print newspaper with a huge following.
